Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with MYYCA. As a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to customers across India. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Wrong product was delivered.

  • Product is significantly different from the description on our website.

  • Product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and unboxing photos/videos may be required.

  • The product must not show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at myyca.in@gmail.com.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product photos

    • Unboxing video (COMPULSORY)

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request within 4–5business days.

Approved returns will receive return instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video.

  • Upon verification, we will offer:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Full refund, depending on availability.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.

6. Return Shipping Charges

Seller-Paid Returns

We will bear return shipping costs if:

  • Wrong item was shipped.

  • Product arrived damaged or defective.

Customer-Paid Returns

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

8. Delivery Delays

As products may be shipped from different supplier locations, delivery times may vary. Delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

9. Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • Evidence provided is insufficient.

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • The claim is found to be fraudulent or abusive.
